gave ruth her photo collage today since i felt like doing one for her that day.one of the nicest ones,nicer than Ant's farewell one i did but the nicest one was still Aries' cause both liz and i were working it and a bulletin board has so much more space than the usual paper i use.haha.

A just asked if i wanted to join and play for their external HB choir.hmmm i really miss playing the bells,yes i miss playing my big G however heavy it might be.but another commitment on top of everything,not counting all the holiday commitments,might be too much for now.we'll see about it when details are finalised.

since the west-siders myrn and YH were in the vicinity,we met for lunch at parkway.we ate so much today!we shared a whole tub of venezia for dessert cause we never leave out our favourite part of the meal-dessert!haha.By the end of lunch we were bursting.
bumped into alot of people at parkway.bumped into B,cyn&gang too.bused back with B after lunch for PW and trng.

gosh suddenly i'm really jittery about PW,finally woke up to the fact that OP's this near and we dont have that much time left.hmmm.at least we're nearly done with WR.

training's been draining but i'm slowly getting back the feeling of accomplishment after completing a good workout.my foot hurts,i hope the old injury doesn't flare up again if not i'll be saddled to the bike for a few weeks and that will really suck.the monotony of biking.
